Coca-Cola Beverages Africa has made women's empowerment a strategic objective because it is unwaveringly convinced that businesses that value diversity are more successful and productive as a result. In order to help women reach their career goals, improve themselves, and further prepare them for leadership roles, East Africa Bottling SC, a subsidiary of CCBA, has created a number of programs for women's development. By 2025, it hopes to have 50% of leadership positions filled by women.
In light of this, we are thrilled to invite qualified and enthusiastic women to apply for one of the programs, the Women Management Trainee Program (WMTP), which aims to develop strong, courageous women into leadership positions by supplying them with the necessary leadership competencies, skill set, and mindset.
