For their undergraduate studies, USIU Africa grants scholarships to deserving and talented students who wish to enroll in the institution.
All scholarships—aside from the sports scholarship—are publicized in the spring (April) of each semester in the Daily Nation and The Standard, the two most important daily newspapers in Kenya. Every year, the selection/interview procedure takes place in July during the summer semester, and the scholarship recipients are informed of their status in September during the fall semester.

The Western Association of Schools and Colleges and Kenya's Commission for Higher Education (CUE) both accredit the university (WASC) The university's main campus is situated in Nairobi, Kenya's capital and biggest city, in the Roysambu district of the Kasarani neighborhood. The purpose and advantages of the USIU-Africa Diversity Scholarships
- Two (2) tuition-only scholarships are available for bright underrepresented and underprivileged students from Kenya's Arid and Semi Arid (ASAL) areas, and one (1) comparable award is available for applicants from the area's informal settlements near USIU Africa.
- These are two (2) full tuition scholarships available to deserving candidates who must move with the aid of orthopedic devices. The Scholarships pay the full cost of tuition and are awarded based on academic excellence.
Qualification Standards for USIU-Africa Diversity Scholarships.
Criteria for Under-represented Communities' Eligibility;
- Candidates must have received a B- (minus) or higher on the KCSE.
- Having ties to the ASAL regions.
- Or the area surrounding USIU informal Africa's communities.
- Complete all necessary financial aid, admission, and selection processes accurately.
- To continue to be eligible, you must keep your cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) at 2.5 or higher.
Criteria for Physically Challenged People's Eligibility;
- Candidates must have obtained a C+ (Plus) or higher on the KCSE.
- correctly complete the application and selection processes for Financial Aid and Admission.
- Keep your cumulative GPA at 2.0 to continue to be eligible.
Qualification and Eligibility.
- A letter of application.
- Certified by the principal or head teacher, copies of the pertinent certifications.
- School leaving diploma.
- A letter of support from the head teacher or principal of the high school you attended.
- An essay outlining your educational background and desired degree.
