Qualification Standards for MBZUAI Masters and PhD Scholarships
- MSc Programs: MBZUAI accepts candidates of all nationalities who have earned a bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline, such as computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related science or engineering major, from an institution accredited or recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education (MoE).
- PhD Programs: MBZUAI accepts candidates of all nationalities who have earned a bachelor's and a master's degree in a STEM field, such as computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related science or engineering major, from an institution accredited or recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education (MoE). OR
- Candidates with only a bachelor's degree in a STEM field, such as computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering, mathematics, physics, or another relevant science or engineering major, from a university accredited or recognized by the UAE Ministry of Education (MoE), who exhibit academic distinction in a field suitable for a doctoral degree and possess the necessary GRE test scores will also be taken into consideration for eevaluation.
