- Two Scholarships will be awarded.
Requirements/Qualification for Richard J. Van Loon Scholarships at Carleton University
- Must be a citizen of African nations.
- Applicants must be international students and possess a current Canada study permit.
- Must successfully advance from one year to the next in any program of study while enrolled at Carleton University full-time.
- Must be a have a good academic standard.
